We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Candidates should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
Resolve complaints in a timely manner
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers when required
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & experienced both can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)
Basic computer knowledge required
