Handle inbound and outbound customer calls politely and clearly
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information
Log customer interactions and maintain records
Follow up with customers when required
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members
Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)

Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
