Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Attend incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Register customer inquiries and maintain accurate records.
Schedule appointments for vehicle sales, service, and test drives.
Coordinate with the sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, feedback, and service reminders.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM software.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and dealership events.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and handle customers courteously.
