Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Customer Care Manager to handle customer support operations and ensure a positive client experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving client concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high service standards. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates up to 5 years are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to client queries through phone, email, and messages.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service closure.

• Coordinate with legal and support teams for issue resolution.

• Monitor customer service quality and suggest process improvements.

• Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.

• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate / Any Graduate.

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.

• Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.

Experience

• 0–5 years of experience in customer support, customer care, telecalling, client servicing, or related roles.

• Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling customer escalations.

• Ability to lead or guide a small support team.

• Knowledge of CRM or customer support software is an added advantage.
