🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice & Sales process team. If you have excellent communication skills and are motivated to build a career in both customer service and sales, this is a great opportunity!

⭐ Key Responsibilities

📞 Customer Interaction:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for queries, complaints, or requests

• Provide accurate, timely, and company-standard information

• Resolve issues professionally and empathetically

• Deliver high customer satisfaction

💼 Sales Process:

• Promote and upsell company products/services

• Identify customer needs and sales opportunities

• Meet or exceed sales targets

• Maintain detailed sales interaction records

🤝 Customer Retention:

• Build strong relationships with customers

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

• Provide after-sales support to retain customers

📝 Documentation & Reporting:

• Keep accurate records in CRM

• Report sales, customer satisfaction, and issue metrics

• Log & escalate customer queries as per protocols

⚙️ Compliance & Quality:

• Adhere to company policies & industry standards

• Follow call quality guidelines on every interaction

👥 Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members

• Participate in training and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge a plus)

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Comfortable working in a sales + support environment

Education: 12th pass minimum
Experience: 0–3years
Age: 18–30 years

🔹 Salary & Benefits

·        Starting Salary: ₹18,000 per month

·        Experience (6month to 2 years):21k to 25k month
