Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Explain products and services to customers.

• Identify customer needs and close sales opportunities.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

• Update customer information accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass or Above.

• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply).

• Age: 18–30 Years.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of Computer and MS Excel.

• Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
