Job Summary

Inbound Call Centre Executive to handle incoming calls from customers, resolve their queries,

provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves

understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions

• Respond to inquiries related to products, services, billing, or support

• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

• Follow call centre scripts, processes, and quality standards

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.)

• Ensure data security and compliance while handling customer information

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Good listening and problem-solving ability

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in shifts

Omni channel support

• Inbound calls – Complaint handling

• Outbound calls – CSAT, E warranty

• WhatsApp – Complaint handling

• Email – Complaint handling
