JOB DESCRIPTION:
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:
· Listening to and understanding the dealer’s requirements.
· Provide product / service details to dealers.
· Using front end empowerment Website as authorized to provide correct information.
· Book order form dealer as per requirement
· Capture correct information where ever required.
· Prepare daily Stock and sales related reports
· Timely and accurate capturing all the information given by/to the customer.
· Staying current with knowledge of products/processes & services offered by the client.
· Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters.
· Cooperate with other team members, SMEs, and team leaders.
· Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
· Escalating the call to the team leader/manager, wherever desirable

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Languages: Must be able to write and speak Hindi & English
Qualifications: Must be a graduate
Age: 18 years and above
Aptitude: Process orientation, systems thinking.
