Job Description – Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Location: Salt Lake Sector V

Salary: Between ₹14,000 - ₹25,000 (In Hand) | Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls

Resolve customer queries professionally

Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:
