Customer Care Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Respond in a professional and timely manner to various customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through channels such as phone or email and ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems.

2)Engage with customers and understand their needs by utilizing excellent communication skills.

3)Effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, like Sales, Technical Support, and Operations, to address customer issues and provide seamless service. Share customer feedback, insights, and suggestions for improvement with relevant departments.

Remote Work Setup:

Maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace at home with a reliable internet connection, 6-8GB RAM, power back up and suitable equipment and necessary software tools to perform daily tasks efficiently.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 pass

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate customer service needs, including evenings, weekends, and  holidays.

• Familiarity with remote work tools and technology, such as video conferencing and collaboration platforms.

⏰ Work Timing: Rotational (9 Hrs of Work)

🎁 Salary: • Upto 16k CTC
