Customer Care Executive (Hybrid)

Location: Lucknow (Only Lucknow candidates are eligible)

Job Type: Hybrid

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shift (1 Rotational Weekly Off)

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 CTC

Eligibility

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must own a laptop with a stable Wi-Fi connection.

• Only Lucknow-based candidates are eligible for this role.

Work Model

• 10 Days: Training from the office.

• 30 Days: OJT (On-the-Job Training) from the office.

• After successful completion of Training & OJT:

• 5 Days Work From Home

• 1 Day Work From Office

Hiring Process

• All interview rounds will be conducted virtually.
