Customer Support Executive

📍 Location: Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

🕐 Shift: Rotational Shift

📅 Working: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice and chat support.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

• Maintain accurate customer information and update records.

• Follow company guidelines and meet assigned performance targets.

👤 Eligibility

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers can apply; experienced candidates are also welcome.

• Good English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

💰 Salary

Up to ₹15,000 CTC

Salary may vary based on experience, communication skills and process.
