We are hiring Customer Care Executives (CCE) for the CM Helpline (CMHL) process. The role involves handling inbound calls from citizens, understanding their queries/complaints, and providing accurate information or resolution as per process guidelines.
Handle inbound calls for the CM Helpline process.
Register complaints and service requests accurately in the system.
Provide correct information and guidance to callers in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain call quality, accuracy, and compliance with process standards.
Ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of calls.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
CTC: ₹10,000 INCLUDING PF / ESIC
