We are hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice Process to handle customer interactions and provide excellent support services. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Support sales and service-related activities when required.
• Achieve daily performance and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Age: 18 to 30 years.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Languages Required: English, Hindi
