Axis Bank Customer Care Executive:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services to potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or graduate. B-tech not applicable
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prior experience in customer service but if not its not required
Language Requirement:
• Good English + Hindi + Kannada
• Good English + Hindi + Tamil
• Good English + Malayalam
(Gujrathi,Bengali,Punjabi)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products/services.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Salary Structure:
Freshers: ₹21,050 CTC | ₹20,500 Take Home
Experienced Candidates: ₹23,000 CTC | ₹22,500 Take Home (On Paper with relevant documents)
