We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the customer service industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate and 12th pass can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Age: 18 to 30 years.
Language Requirements
Fluent in English.
Hindi is Mandatory.
Versant Level: 4 or above.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain customer interaction records and update systems as required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Profile
Prior experience in BPO or Customer Support is an advantage.
Good customer handling and communication skills.
Ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
