Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for generating interest, qualifying leads, and supporting the pre-sales process to build a strong sales pipeline for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls to identify and connect with potential customers.
Introduce company products/services and generate initial interest.
Perform cold calling activities to generate qualified leads.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
2. Data Calling & CRM Management
Work efficiently on assigned databases and call lists.
Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Verify customer details including contact information, requirements, and preferences.
Ensure data accuracy and proper follow-up tracking.
3. Pre-Sales Support
Qualify leads using BANT parameters (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Handle initial customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate and share qualified leads with the sales team for smooth handover and closure.
Maintain proper documentation of conversations and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
12th Pass with minimum 6 months of experience, OR
Graduates (Any Stream) – Freshers can apply
Experience:
0 – 5 years (Prior BPO/Telecalling experience preferred)
Age:
18 – 30 years
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-driven mindset with ability to handle rejection
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Positive and confident attitude
