Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Voice/Chat Process (CoinSwitch) Location: Bangalore

Job Role

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for the CoinSwitch Voice/Chat Process. The role involves assisting customers through voice and chat channels, resolving queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice and chat support.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Deliver an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support (Voice or Chat).
