Voice Process Executive – SBI Banking Process

Job Overview

We are hiring Voice Process Executives for an SBI Banking Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, assisting with banking-related queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services.

• Assist customers with queries regarding accounts, transactions, cards, net banking, and other banking services.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.

• Follow standard operating procedures and banking process guidelines.

• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction.

• Record customer details and interaction information accurately in the system.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information.

• Meet process quality and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate candidates preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a voice-based process.

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal communication.

• Customer handling and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

• Ability to understand and resolve customer queries.
