Salary & Benefits
Experienced Candidates
CTC: ₹25,000 per month
Take-Home Salary: ₹21,000 per month
Additional Performance Incentives upto 50,000 INR
Freshers
CTC: ₹22,000 per month
Take-Home Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Additional Performance Incentives upto 50,000 INR
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Coordinate with design teams and customers regarding project updates and requirements.
Manage follow-ups and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain CRM records and update customer information accurately.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Ensure professional communication throughout the customer journey.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Graduates preferred
Experience: 0–2 Years
Candidates with 6+ months of experience and relieving documents preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Age: 18–25 Years
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Fluency in Hindi and one regional language
Customer support and customer handling skills
Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently
