Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Banking Sales (Freshers)
A Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) in banking sales is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through digital channels, while promoting and selling the bank’s products and services. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
Connect regularly with assigned customers as per the contact policy.
Provide a consistent and superior digital banking experience.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable bank products.
Handle customer calls as per defined quality standards.
Resolve customer queries accurately and within timelines.
Promote digital banking services to enhance customer convenience.
Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system.
Address and log customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
Proactively engage customers to build long-term relationships.
Support customer retention and reduce attrition.
Sales & Portfolio Management
Achieve assigned sales targets and portfolio objectives.
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.
Profile customers to identify opportunities for product penetration.
Ensure eligibility and compliance before offering financial products.
Monitor significant account transactions and report as required.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial requests and transactions.
Follow all regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
Process & Compliance
Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.
Adhere to banking policies, regulatory standards, and internal guidelines.
Ensure timely updates in CRM and reporting systems.
