Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Banking Process

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for a Banking Process role. This position involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate resolutions.
Deliver high-quality customer support and service.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Versant Level 4 required.
Fluency in any one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada.

Work Details:

Location: Hebbal
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Shift: Rotational (9 Working Hours)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 Take Home
Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid Quarterly)
Malayalam Language Allowance: ₹1,800
Additional Benefits for Outstation Candidates: One-way Transportation and 14 Days Accommodation Support.
