Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for banking-related queries.
Assist customers with banking products and services.

Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Achieve daily quality and productivity targets.
Ensure professional and courteous communication on every call.
Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Confident and professional speaking skills.
