Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information.
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
Resolve customer concerns and objections effectively.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Shift Timings
9-hour rotational shifts
Shift window: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Working Days
Weekends and festival working required.
Compensatory Off (Comp-Off) will be provided.
