Job Title: Customer Care Executive / Tele Sales Executive

Shift: 9-hour rotational shifts (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
Location: Bangalore

Freshers are welcome
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively
Achieve daily sales and performance targets
Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills
Sales-oriented, target-driven mindset
Self-motivated and confident personality
Basic understanding of customer handling
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Comfortable working on weekends and festivals (Comp-off provided)
