Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to promote insurance products and services.

Explain insurance policies, coverage, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly to customers.
Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Follow up with prospective customers to address queries, overcome objections, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and sales reports in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer support.
Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and applicable insurance regulations.
