💼 Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Counsellors to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, sharing information about career courses, and guiding them towards career counselling sessions at our institutes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students.

Provide clear and accurate information about courses and career opportunities.

Understand student requirements and provide suitable information.

Encourage interested candidates to attend career counselling sessions.

Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students.

Maintain professional and positive communication.

Update and maintain customer details and call records.

Build a good rapport with prospective students.

🌟 Eligibility & Requirements

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate / 12th Pass with result in hand.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of outbound tele-calling experience.

Age: 18 to 32 years.

Gender: Male / Female.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Languages Required: English & Kannada.

🕙 Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

🌈 Week Off

Sunday – Fixed
