We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (International Process) who will be responsible for handling customer queries from international clients through calls, emails, and chat. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide quick and effective solutions to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support via calls, email, and chat.
Communicate with international customers in a professional and polite manner.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience in international customer support preferred.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in night shift / rotational shift if required.
Strong listening and customer handling skills.
Any Graduate (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international customer support.
Experience in UK / US process customer support.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
