We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the Customer Support – Chat Process. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver quick and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Respond promptly to customer chats and resolve queries efficiently.
Provide accurate information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, or transactions.
Escalate complex issues to higher teams when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout all interactions.
Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass and above
(Note: BE/B.Tech/Post Graduate candidates are not eligible)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Candidates with 1+ year experience in Customer Service or Chat Process preferred
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good typing speed – 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Registration: AI-based & HR Round
Assessment:
SVAR Test: Minimum Cut-off – 50
Typing Test: 20 WPM & 80% Accuracy
LC Round: Conducted by the Training Team
Final Round: Operations Team
Shift Timing: 2:30 AM – 2:00 PM (9.5-hour shift)
Week Off: 2 Split Offs (No fixed Saturday or Sunday off)
