We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with prior experience in the Logistics sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client queries, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, emails, and queries promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to resolve customer issues.

• Track and update shipment status for clients.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:
