Job Description – Telecaller (VI Process)
Position: Telecaller – Vodafone Idea (VI Process)
Location: Vadodara
Department: Operations / Customer Retention
Educational Qualification
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
Basic understanding of English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing VI customers.
Understand customer requirements and address their concerns.
Handle customer retention and provide suitable offers/plans.
Convince customers to continue with Vodafone Idea services.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and performance targets.
Follow company processes, scripts, and quality guidelines.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Customer-handling ability.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with daily targets.
Basic computer knowledge.
