Send bulk emails, WhatsApp messages, product updates, and promotional communications to customers.
Coordinate with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp whenever required.
Share and forward enquiries/leads to the concerned sales or service team for closure.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and lead status.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal departments.
Support the sales and marketing team with lead coordination activities.
Track lead movement and update management on lead status and closures.
Skills Required
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of email handling, WhatsApp communication, and customer follow-up.
Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
Ability to handle customer coordination professionally.
Good follow-up and multitasking capabilities.
Qualification
Any Graduate .
1–3 years’ experience in customer coordination, lead management, tele calling, or sales support.
Preferred Experience
Experience in handling B2B customer enquiries.
Exposure to exhibition coordination and customer communication.
Good coordination and relationship management skills.
