Role: Customer Care Executive
We are hiring a dedicated Customer Care Executive for our Surat office to onboard new customers over phone calls and support existing users with any challenges they face on the Truck Hai platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to onboard new customers (shippers, brokers, fleet owners, and truckers).
• Guide users through registration and help them understand app/web features.
• Handle inbound calls related to bookings, load posting, trip updates, payments, and platform issues.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and coordinate with internal tech/operations for quick resolution.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and customer feedback records.
• Provide polite, clear, and solution-oriented communication at all times.
• Follow standard operating procedures for customer verification, onboarding, and issue handling.
• Share insights and suggestions to improve customer experience.

Requirements
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English or Gujarati is an advantage.
• Previous customer care/tele-calling experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and explaining processes clearly.
• Basic familiarity with mobile apps and web platforms.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work from our Surat office at the mentioned address.
