We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Care Associates (CCA) to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, presentable, and eager to learn. Freshers with a positive attitude and strong communication skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product details and inquiries

• Handle customer interactions politely and professionally

• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience

• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements
