Job Summary
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer data, maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, tracking leads and ensuring timely follow- ups to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
2. Track leads, enquiries and follow up status.
3. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Support teams.
4. Handle Customer queries and complaints professionally.
5. Ensure timely follow ups with client and prospects.
6. Generate daily, weekly and monthly CRM report.
7. Monitor customer feedback and service quality.
8. Ensure data accuracy and confidentially.
9. Support campaigns, promotions and customer engagement activities
10. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross- selling.
