We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our team in Lucknow. The role involves handling customer calls, providing excellent support, and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers when required
Ensure customer satisfaction through polite communication

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers can apply
Good communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
