Job Description – Customer Service Executive

Position: Customer Service Executive

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

CTC: ₹25,000 per month

In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and provide effective solutions.

- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.

- Provide accurate information about products and services.

- Maintain customer interaction details in the CRM/system.

- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality standards.

- Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic computer knowledge required.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits
