Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Associate

Company: Teleperformance

Location: Kolkata

Work Mode: Work From Office

Process: Sales (Banking – Outbound Voice)

Language: English + Hindi

CTC: ₹15,000 per month

Take Home: ₹12,300 per month approx.

Shift: Day shift only – working window 8 AM to 9 PM, any 9-hour shift

Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational week off

Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and communication-savvy candidates for the role of Outbound Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for contacting potential/existing customers, explaining products or services, resolving basic queries, and driving sales conversions. This is a sales-oriented voice process based out of our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to customers

● Explain products/services clearly and handle customer objections

● Achieve daily/weekly individual performance targets

● Maintain customer data and update call outcomes in the system

● Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times

● Coordinate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement

Eligibility Criteria

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience: Freshers can apply

Language: Must be fluent in English + Hindi

Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, willingness to work flexible shifts, good translation skill
