Customer Support Executive – Premium Domestic Voice Process

Process: E Commerce

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur (Work From Office)

Joining: Immediate

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers CTC: ₹18,000 + ₹1,000 Performance Incentive (PLI)

• In-Hand During Training: ₹14,000 – ₹14,500/month

• In-Hand Post Training: ₹15,000 – ₹15,500/month (including ₹1,000 PLI)

Position Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Premium Domestic Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers through inbound voice support, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice support.

• Resolve product and service-related concerns with accuracy.

• Deliver a high standard of customer experience on every interaction.

• Maintain proper documentation of customer conversations.

• Achieve quality, productivity, and process compliance targets.

• Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good English communication skills are mandatory.

• Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Rotational Week Offs

• Work From Office (Jaipur)

Important Note

The initial 3 months of training will be conducted at the Mansarovar, Jaipur site. Upon successful completion of training, the permanent work location will be Sitapura, Jaipur.
