🕘 Shifts: Rotational (Day & Night)
📅 Experience: 0–3 Years | Freshers Welcome!
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards
✅ Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Prior experience in a voice process or BPO is a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
