Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Location: Ajabpur, Dehradun

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass
Freshers welcome
Candidates pursuing graduation can also apply

Requirements:

Good English understanding
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer queries with patience
Willingness to work in night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat/email (non-voice process)
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Ensure quality support and customer satisfaction.

Basic Training will be provided
