Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through calls, chats, or emails.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide accurate information about products/services.

• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

• Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-oriented approach with a problem-solving attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹28,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹40,000 per month, based on performance
