As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support via voice (calls)
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, often dealing with international customers or time-zones, and you’ll be part of a team aiming to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Handle inbound phone covering US time zones.
Understand customer needs, investigate issues, provide solutions or alternatives, and follow through until resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable with NIGHT shifts as two way cab facilities.
