Job Summary:
The International Voice Process Associate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or processes.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently and professionally.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, QA scores, etc.).
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude throughout the conversation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Neutral or international accent preferred.
Strong listening and analytical skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, CRM tools).
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset.
