Job Title: Customer Care Executive / MIS Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, queries and complaints professionally.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain customer and operational data in Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Manage data entry, data verification and record maintenance.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and pending issues.
Prepare attendance, performance and other required reports.
Maintain proper documentation and update records regularly.
Support the team in day-to-day administrative and reporting activities.
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, COUNTIF/SUMIF and basic formulas.
Good data management and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
Experience: 1–3 Years
Education: Graduate / Any Relevant Qualification
