Job description:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, converting leads, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client's inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Accurately input and update lead information in our CRM system.
3. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and dashboards to track lead progress and sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Required candidates with 1 to 4 Year(s) of experience.
Candidate must be graduated.
Candidate must have basic computer knowledge.
Should be good in communication and in maintaining good relations with clients and customers.
