Job Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the system.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
•
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and follow-ups.
•
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
•
Maintain positive communication and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
