We are immediately hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive (agent level)
Job Location- Mohali (Industrial Area Phase 8), Punjab (Strictly work from office)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Understand customer queries and respond to it ensuring that all queries/concerns are answered.
· Answers their questions in a clear and concise manner using full sentences without grammatical and spelling errors.
· Respond to customers in the prescribed format given by the client.
Process Type: International Voice (Inbound).
Pay Structure
· Experienced - Up to Rs 35,000 CTC (Basic Salary, Monthly) plus performance linked incentives (PLI).

Eligibility
· Excellent English communication skills required (both spoken and written).
· Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts and Night shifts.
· Candidate must be willing to join on an immediate basis.
· As we only conduct face to face interviews at the moment so the candidate must be willing to visit us at our office in Mohali, no telephonic or virtual interviews will be taken.
