We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Royal Chain Private Limited. The role offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to B2B Sales. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and generate sales.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain daily call records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience.Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Ability to handle customer objections.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
