About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently, ensure high service quality, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer care or a similar role preferred

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Ability to work in a mandatory night shift

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
